Terms and Conditions of the TimeForLuxury.eu Web Environment

These user terms regulate the use of the TimeForLuxury.eu web environment. By using the website, creating an account, or posting advertisements, the user confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms.
1. Nature of the Platform and Limitation of Liability
TimeForLuxury.eu is an online presentation environment that allows users to publish and browse luxury watch sales offers. TimeForLuxury.eu does not mediate transactions or participate in the buying and selling process. TimeForLuxury.eu is not responsible for the content of the advertisements entered by users, including incorrect, misleading, or false information. All responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the data provided in the advertisement rests with the user who published the advertisement.
2. User Obligations
The user undertakes to submit only true and verifiable data and to ensure that the product they offer is legal, including legally acquired and original. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information, as well as concealing significant information, is considered a material breach of the terms and conditions.
3. Account Closure and Sanctions
Any violation of the user terms, including the provision of false information, will result in the immediate closure of the user account and associated advertisements without prior warning and without an obligation of compensation to the seller or other user. This also includes paid services, highlights, and other additional services.
4. Counterfeits and Law Enforcement
If there is a suspicion that a product offered on the platform is a counterfeit, illegal (including illegally acquired), or otherwise the object of a legal violation, the TimeForLuxury.eu team has the right to immediately contact law enforcement agencies. The user understands and accepts that in such a case, TimeForLuxury.eu is not obliged to inform the user in advance.
5. Archiving and Reference Material
The user agrees that after the offer expires, the product is sold, the user account is deleted, or for any other reason the offer is removed from the active sales list, TimeForLuxury.eu has the right to retain and publicly display the photo gallery and basic data of the respective offer as reference and archive material.
Such archive display shall not be treated as an active sales offer or sales activity.
6. Intellectual Property and Right of Use
The user grants TimeForLuxury.eu a free, perpetual, and territorially unlimited right to use the images and texts uploaded as part of the advertisement for the purposes of platform operation, archiving, reference material, as well as displaying statistics and historical market information.
7. Exclusion of Liability
TimeForLuxury.eu is not responsible for transactions between users, their failure, misleading information, or the actions of third parties. All transactions take place at the risk of the buyer and seller.
8. Amendment of Terms
TimeForLuxury.eu reserves the right to change the user terms at any time. Changes take effect upon their publication on the website.
9. Applicable Law
The laws of the Republic of Estonia shall apply to these terms and conditions.
Disputes shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Estonia.
